Role Overview
The Operations Clerk II plays a key role in supporting branch operations through data analysis, data cleansing, and accounts receivable research. This position requires a detail-oriented and analytical professional who can independently investigate discrepancies, navigate multiple systems, and drive accurate, timely resolutions.
You will contribute to maintaining data integrity, ensuring billing accuracy, and supporting customer issue resolution across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data analysis and cleansing to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Investigate and resolve accounts receivable issues with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Create and process orders in SAP for quoted jobs and installations with varying requirements
- Review and resolve customer orders flagged for non-compliance
- Handle non-routine customer issues and provide effective resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to meet business needs
- Support documentation, invoicing, billing accuracy, and timely payment processes
- Resolve issues related to third-party order processing
- Maintain a safe and compliant working environment

Education & Experience
- High school diploma (or equivalent) with 3+ years of relevant experience, or
- Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated capability in similar roles
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint)
- ERP system experience (SAP preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM or Field Service tools (e.g., MS Dynamics CRM, MS Field Service)
- Strong understanding of general business processes
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
