Job Summary
W e are looking for a seasoned Senior AI Solutions Specialist to lead the evaluation, deployment, and optimization of AI tools across the organization. This role will focus on leveraging Microsoft Azure AI technologies and third-party AI solutions to enhance productivity, innovation, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will also oversee tools like Copilot for Microsoft 365, GitHub Copilot, and Copilot Studio, and help establish an AI Center of Excellence to promote best practices.
Job Description
- Evaluate AI tools from Microsoft Azure and third-party vendors to identify optimal solutions for business needs.
- Build, manage, and deploy scalable AI solutions using Azure AI services.
- Administer and optimize AI productivity tools including Copilot for Microsoft 365, GitHub Copilot, and Copilot Studio.
- Collaborate with business units to drive adoption of AI tools through training, guidance, and strategic support.
- Establish and lead an AI and Copilot Center of Excellence to promote innovation, governance, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and assess performance of AI implementations, making adjustments to ensure business alignment.
- Apply responsible AI principles and ensure ethical use of AI technologies.
- Stay current with emerging AI trends and technologies to enhance organizational capabilities.
- Develop and implement data governance and compliance policies related to AI use.
- Integrate Copilot with Exchange Online and SharePoint Online to improve user experience and productivity.
- Manage retention, archiving, and eDiscovery policies within Microsoft 365 environments.
- Provide training and support on AI-enhanced tools like Microsoft Purview, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online.
- Administer identity governance, user access policies, and system security.
- Monitor and optimize the use of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Purview to ensure secure and efficient collaboration.
- Lead evaluation and implementation of Azure AI Foundry within existing AI frameworks.
Job Skills Required
- 5–7 years of experience in Microsoft 365 and AI solution evaluation, deployment, and support.
- Deep experience with Microsoft Azure AI technologies and infrastructure.
- Proficient with Python, C#, and automation scripting for AI development.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience creating or leading a Center of Excellence is highly desirable.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.
