Knitting Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $10.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available (Monday through Friday from 02:00pm to 10:00pm)

• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and productive operation of assigned equipment, contributing to the production of high-quality textile products.
• This is an evening shift position in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
• Monitor machine performance continuously to identify and promptly resolve basic operational issues, such as yarn breaks, dropped stitches, or necessary needle changes.
• Inspect finished products for quality defects
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets and maintain an organized workspace.
• Adhere to company dress code, which permits jeans/shorts, tee shirts, and tennis shoes.

Knitting Associate Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience or strong foundational knowledge of textile manufacturing processes, materials, or machinery.
• Ability to comprehend and accurately follow technical instructions, production specifications, and safety guidelines.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work and maintaining product consistency.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• A strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all established safety practices.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing 35+ pounds as needed throughout the shift.
• Capable of standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive motions for extended periods.
• Good manual dexterity for handling small components

• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
