Our mission is to discover brilliance in every individual, build community through respect and a sense of belonging and empower people to act with purpose to 'Make a Difference' in the world.JESS Arabian Ranches Primary School is seeking an Arabic B Teaching Assistant for a maternity leave from October 2026 to February or March 2027The role will briefly include:participating in planning, assessment, supporting students in their teaching and learning, evaluation and record keepinghelping students to learn effectively both in group sessions and individually to support learningproviding observational feedback to class teacher and/or year group leaderhave a good rapport with children between ages 4-11 yearsassisting class teachers in the development and delivery of provisionto cover for class teachers in their absence, as requiredattend relevant CPD carrying out other duties relevant to the role, to include school trips The successful applicants will:hold as a minimum a High School Diploma. A CACHE Level 3 qualification or equivalent would be desirable.have relevant and recent school-based experience within the classroom.have a good rapport with studentshave high expectations of students' attainment and behaviour work effectively as part of a teambe comfortable taking direction from class teacher(s) and senior staffupholds safeguarding and child protectionbe keen, self-motivated and flexiblebe enthusiastic and enjoy contact with childrenencourage individual development and progress Please note this position will be offered on a local contractual basis.
