Industrial Maintenance Technician (Full-Time | $25–$27/hr | Day & Night Shifts)

We’re hiring experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians for a permanent, full-time position with steady hours, strong pay, and long-term stability.
Pay: $25–$27/hour (based on experience) + Bonus Opportunities
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Day & Night Shifts Available)
Status: Permanent Hire

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery and equipment
• Work hands-on with mechanical, electrical, and conveyor systems
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
• Keep production running safely and efficiently
What We Need From You:
5+ years of recent industrial maintenance experience (this is a must)
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Experience in manufacturing or production environments
Conveyor system experience is a big plus
Dependable, safety-focused, and ready to work
