1. Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
2. Shift: Day Shift | 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM (or facility-specific day hours)
3. Schedule: 8-Hour Shift
4. Base Pay: $14.80–$20.40/hour (based on experience)
5. Extras: Shift differentials available for evening and night shifts
6. Setting: Long-Term Care & Rehabilitation

What You'll Do:

1. Provide hands-on care and daily support to residents
2. Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meals)
3. Monitor vital signs and observe for changes in condition
4. Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights
5. Support residents in daily routines and engagement
6. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
7. Work collaboratively with nurses and care team members
8. Document care accurately and timely

What We’re Looking For:

1. Active CNA certification in the state of employment (required)
2. Long-term care experience preferred but not required
3. Strong communication and teamwork skills
4. Caring, patient, and dependable personality
5. Ability to stay organized and manage multiple resident needs
