Front Desk Admin/Client Connector

Huntsville Hub is actively seeking a friendly, analytical, and detail-oriented person to be the face of the Hub in the role of Front Desk Administrator/Client Connector. You will help us grow our community by creating a great member experience while executing sales, marketing, and administrative tasks with excellence. And, while the focus should be on community, your duties are also likely to include:

  • Fostering a friendly environment and resolving member issues.
  • Answering phones in a clear, friendly, and engaging manner.
  • Scheduling appointments and meeting rooms.
  • Receiving and sorting mail and SOPs, as well as preparing outgoing mail and packages.
  • Planning events, engaging the community, and overseeing logistics.
  • Keeping workspace, reception, kitchen, and supply rooms clean and organized.
  • Handling any other administrative duties.

Experience and Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience with increasing responsibility in an administrative and/or customer service role.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, which include leadership, motivation, organization, prioritization, communication, problem-solving, and adaptability.
  • Highly technically capable. Able to understand and work with a variety of hardware and software applications that our space depends on.
  • Experience with written content generation in a business environment and basic graphic design skills are a plus.
  • Passion for Huntsville and our entrepreneurial community.
  • Interest in working independently with only occasional interactions with the leadership team.
  • Fluent in English.
  • High-level ethics, empathy, and dependability.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
