Position Description: Structural Welder $28/Hour Mobile, ALElevate Workforce is looking for experienced Structural Welders for projects based in Mobile, AL. This position pays $28/hour and requires candidates to be open to traveling for work.Job Description:As a Structural Welder, youll be responsible for performing high-quality welds on structural steel components for commercial and industrial projects. You will follow blueprints, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain strong attention to detail to produce durable, precise welds.Responsibilities:Perform MIG, TIG, or Stick welding on structural steel.Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Measure, cut, and prepare materials before welding.Ensure welds meet all quality and safety standards.Travel to job sites as needed.Requirements:Proven experience as a Structural Welder.Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications.Must be open to traveling for projects.Knowledge of safety practices and PPE use. $28.00 - $28.00 Hourly
