Faulkner University's College of Arts and Sciences is seeking a qualified individual to join the faculty in the Department of Computer Science . Candidates will be responsible for teaching computer science courses. Additional teaching assignments will be based on their background and knowledge. We are seeking candidates who have a passion for student engagement and advancing the mission of the University and the College. Faulkner University is a Christian university affiliated with the churches of Christ.

This is a full-time, 9-month; on-ground position. Faculty rank, tenure status and salary will be commensurate with academic qualifications, teaching experience, and research.

Position is scheduled to begin August 2025.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field required; Doctorate degree preferred
• Industrial or teaching experience required; Full-time teaching experience preferred
• Active member of the church of Christ preferred
