Long’s Human Resource Services is hiring a Data Entry Assistant for a law office in Mobile, AL . This role focuses on reviewing documents, summarizing key details, and entering information accurately into internal systems.

Pay: $15–$17 per hour
Location: Mobile, Alabama
Position Type: Temporary with potential for Temp-to-Perm

Key Responsibilities

• Review documents and summarize key information for internal records
• Enter data accurately into company databases and internal systems
• Maintain organized digital files and records
• Verify information for completeness and accuracy before entry
• Assist with general administrative and office tasks as needed
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
• Follow established internal office procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong typing skills and data entry accuracy
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Previous data entry or administrative experience
