RN Clinical Coordinator

Shift: 3p to 11p with 7 on 7 off

You’ll lead a dedicated nursing team, oversee clinical operations, and help shape care plans that enhance residents’ quality of life. Shifts: M - F 11p-7a
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure quality care for residents.
- Support and guide nursing staff, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Foster a positive environment focused on resident well-being and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- A passion for enhancing the quality of life for residents.
