SPM Building Services is currently seeking a Construction Management Coordinator to provide administrative and project coordination support to ensure successful planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. This role is responsible for assisting the Director and Project Managers, tracking project timelines and budgets, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and maintaining project documentation.

This Construction Management Coordinator is primed to be integral in the growth and development of the SPM Building Services platform. As such, this individual will be in the front seat for future positional growth opportunities.

• Coordinate and support daily construction operations and project activities.

• Manage lender and owner funded monthly construction draw process including creating the draw package, organizing all lien waivers, and submitting to Director for review.

• Lead new project pre-construction activities including initial site visits, project scoping, request for proposals, budgeting, material selection review, and contracting.

• Maintain and organize project bids and contracts.

• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using project management software.

• Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely project execution.

• Support the procurement of materials and services required for construction projects.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as needed.

• Assist in site visits, inspections, and punch list activities when required.

• 1–3 years of experience in construction or project coordination.

• A calm, cool, collected mindset, especially under pressure.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to bring structure to chaos.

• A team-first attitude, paired with the ability to work independently.

• A desire to grow and have a real impact on how we operate.

• Solid communication skills (written and verbal).

• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office; bonus points for project management software.

• Degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
