- Lead by example, upholding established standards for product quality, food safety, and productivity.
- Train, coach, and support kitchen team members to ensure proper preparation methods and compliance with recipes.
- Maintain prep pars and ensure the kitchen is fully stocked and prepared for daily service.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding kitchen needs, workflow, and performance.
- Ensure all recipes are prepared according to LuLus standards without exception.
- Minimum of 6 months of demonstrated experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong ability to follow recipes, portion guidelines, and production calculations.
- Proven attention to detail and commitment to consistency and quality.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while remaining calm under pressure.
