Job Description

Assist Dining Marketing Team in informing both parents and incoming students about the benefits of meal plans and the dining options on campus. Work as a team to reach sales goals and complete marketing projects that will enhance the student dining experience on campus.

Job Responsibilities

• Knowledgeable about meal plans and Dining Service locations
• Adheres to all policies/procedures
• Detail oriented
• Utilize the tools and technology available to sell meal plans
• Able to prioritize and carry out work tasks
• Ability to respond quickly to issues at hand with a resolution while maintaining composure
• Treat all customers, peers, and supervisors respectfully and professionally

• Background and interest in Sales/Marketing

• Work well independently and with a team
• Be a good role model who demonstrates professionalism
• Self-motivated and strong communicator with managers, customers, and parents
