AAA USA, Inc. is actively hiring experienced Aircraft Interiors Technician to support commercial aircraft interior installation and modification programs across multiple U.S. locations. Essential Functions:
- Remove, install, repair, and modify aircraft interior components including seats, sidewalls, overhead bins, galleys, lavatories, closets, floorboards, bulkheads, doors, and cabin furnishings.
- Perform aircraft interior modifications and refurbishments in accordance with engineering drawings, work instructions, and FAA-approved data.
- Read and interpret maintenance manuals, installation drawings, engineering specifications, IPCs, SRMs, and other technical documentation.
- Perform inspections, operational checks, and functional testing of aircraft interior systems and components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve interior installation and fitment issues while maintaining quality standards.
- Complete maintenance documentation and work records in accordance with FAA regulations, Repair Station requirements, and company procedures.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
- Support aircraft maintenance, modification, and completion schedules while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3+ years of aircraft maintenance, aircraft interiors, or aircraft modification experience.
- 5+ years of VIP or VVIP aircraft interior installation experience preferred.
- FAA Airframe Certificate or eligibility to obtain a Repairman Certificate preferred.
- Experience reading and interpreting FAA-approved maintenance manuals, engineering drawings, IPCs, SRMs, and technical documentation.
- Ability to perform aircraft interior installation, maintenance, repair, and modification with minimal supervision.
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced aerospace environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
