Make a difference supporting elementary students as a contract paraprofessional this upcoming school year! Step into a role designed to help young learners thrive, collaborating closely with an experienced virtual SLP who will guide interventions and strategies. Set in a vibrant educational environment near Alabaster, you'll work as an integral part of the school community during the 2026-2027 academic year.

This contract position kicks off on August 12, 2026, and runs through May 20, 2027. You'll enjoy a flexible schedule of 28 hours per week, spread over 4-5 days, and a competitive rate of $18 per hour.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience as a paraprofessional in school settings, especially with elementary-aged children
• Strong collaboration skills, comfortable supporting virtual specialists
• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine interest in student success
• Ability to uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Flexibility to assist with a caseload that will be determined as school needs evolve

Position Highlights:
