- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintains the dishwashing station.
- Organizes and places items in trays for the washing machine.
- Operates the washing machine and ensures items are dry before returning them to their proper storage location.
- Washes items by hand that will not fit in the machine or are not intended for automatic washing before drying and returning items to their proper location.
- Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses, and utensils, especially during peak hours.
- Helps other employees to ensure the restaurant meets guest volume and completes assigned side duties.
- Understands and follows safety and sanitation practices and works with clean and sanitized tools.
- Check washing machines operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues
- Performs duties that require standing and fast movement throughout the kitchen area.
- Performs side duties, including cleaning vents, scrubbing trash cans, cleaning gum from underneath the tables, detailed cleaning of chairs, ice bins, and restrooms, replacing light bulbs, cleaning floors, emptying trash, and taking trash to the dumpster.
- Reports to work on time.
- Complies with all health and safety regulations.

- Hands-on experience with industrial washing machines is preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks, as needed.
- Time management skills.
- Attention to detail and sanitation rules.
- Available to work in shifts, during weekends and evenings.
- A professional appearance and professional demeanor are essential.
- Following established procedures in an efficient manner.
- Cooperating with other employees to meet the kitchen demands.
