Pay: $20.00/hr (DOE)

What You’ll Do:

• Be the face of our leasing team – greet customers, take reservations, and provide rate quotes
• Assess rental needs and process check-ins/check-outs with accuracy and professionalism
• Maintain a high level of customer service across calls, emails, and in-person interactions
• Complete returns and vehicle condition assessments
• Clearly explain rental terms, conditions, and optional protection products
• Provide administrative & accounting support – including billing tasks, AR support, supply management, and reporting
• Partner with insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops, and vendors to ensure seamless service

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of proven experience in leasing and/or truck rental (required)
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years; no drug/alcohol-related convictions in 7 years)
• Ability to pass criminal background check, employment verification, and drug screening
• Comfortable with physical demands: climbing, walking, stooping, and sitting for extended periods
