• Engage with customers through outside sales efforts, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
• Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
• Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits, providing tailored solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring that products are stocked appropriately to meet demand.
• Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on performance metrics.
• Maintain professional phone etiquette when communicating with clients, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving product offerings.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to assist in product development.

• Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales is preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with software tools related to sales tracking and customer relationship management.
• Previous experience in automotive sales is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
