Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a Senior Recruiting Manager. The Recruiting Manager functions as a liason between talent and client, driving fullcycle recruitment while driving customer success. This position blends handson recruiting expertise with highlevel consulting, ensuring the organization attracts, engages, and hires top talent aligned with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead fullcycle recruitment for complex, highimpact, and hardtofill positions across multiple business units.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, offering coaching on interviewing, selection, and candidate experience.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using proactive outreach, and talent pipelines.
• Champion inclusive hiring practices and ensure a consistent, equitable recruitment process.
• Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvements within the Talent Acquisition function.

Qualifications

• Strong relationshipbuilding skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse teams and clients across the light industrial space.
• Proven experience in fullcycle recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and pipeline management.
• Highly selfmotivated and disciplined, with the ability to operate effectively with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding recruitment goals and business development objectives.
• Exceptional client relationship management and account management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and timemanagement skills.
