As our Service Supervisor you will:

• Maintain a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
• Anticipate, identify, and resolve property issues promptly.
• Oversee maintenance tasks and staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, and other regulations.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections.
• Handle minor repairs and maintenance on various equipment and systems.
• Manage inventory and spare parts.
• Assist in grounds upkeep and cleanliness.
• Report major repairs and requisitions to management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• 3+ years of experience in on-site property maintenance
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification
• CPO Certification
